POLICIES

Cancellation policy: Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival and no-shows incur a 100% penalty (all room nights charged including tax). Because we are a small, independently owned business we are very strict with our cancellation policy and will always charge, no matter the circumstances. Therefore we highly recommend all our guests to secure travel insurance to protect themselves.

Deposit policy: 25% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking which serves as a confirmation of your reservation. The balance due on your reservation will be charged 7 days prior arrival date. For reservations of 3 nights or less your entire stay will be charged. When booking last-minute (within 7 days prior to arrival, the total balance of your stay will be charged and our cancellation policy will take effect.

Group reservations: If you would like to make a group reservation (3 rooms and more) please contact us by email as special conditions may apply.

Check in & Check out policy: Check in time is at 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00AM

Bubali Bliss Studios is a self check-in property with key code entry locks. After charging the total balance of your stay the following information regarding self check-in is sent by email: unit number, private access code to enter your unit, code of the main gate, a floorplan, and clear directions to Bubali Bliss Studios. On your day of arrival your credit card will be authorized for a USD100.- charge for incidentals.

The surcharge for late check-out when staying till 5pm is USD60.- excluding taxes. When a late check out till after 5pm is requested, full night of stay will be charged. Depending on unit availability on your departure date, late check-outs may not be available.

Non smoking & pool policy: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the units. Failure to respect this policy will result in a USD250.- deep cleaning fee, which will be charged on your credit card. Swimming in the Bubali Bliss Studios Pool is at you own risk. Never leave kids unattended at the pool and in the gardens.

Extra persons and children policy: Standard rates are based on double occupancy and excluded taxes. For an extra guest a fee of USD20.- per guest per night is added (only possible in our apartments and with a maximum of 2 extra guests).

Children younger than 2 years of age can stay for free when using existing bedding. To reserve for children younger than 2 years please add this to ‘Special Requests’ in the booking form. For children of 2 years and older our extra person policy will apply.

No animals and or pets are allowed on property.
